“…BESTEMMIA AETERNALIS started in Laredo Texas in 1999. It was a musical project when we started. We were two bands that got together with different styles that wanted to merge old and new. Hector and Joe began Corpse in 1986 and Pablo and Victor began Makabre in 1997. It turned out to be more than a project after a few shows. We knew we had something that we liked. After Victor died Joe took over drums and we recruited Jorge for vocals…”
“… Currently working on new music for the remainder of the year and lining up a few shows for 2025. Forbearance in Opposition is an 8-track recorded by us in our own Total Blasphemy Studios. This album has been in the works for quite some time. It is about an individual's journey through life and the pain and obstacles he has to go through to survive. Ultimately standing at the precipice of the void and coming to terms with his fate and his demons. We as a band have had many obstacles to overcome such as band members' deaths, and illnesses that still are with us to this day. It felt proper to write about the trials and tribulations that we could all relate to such as cursing god for a sickness that there is no cure for and just accepting that our time on earth will end sooner than most. If that is the kind of god that will be waiting for us, then we would rather fight on opposing sides…”
